Cinque loschi figuri incappucciati ed armati hanno le più bieche intenzioni verso di voi!
Vogliono terrorizzarvi e sovvertire l’ordine costituito, mettere a ferro e fuoco le vostre città , distruggere le vostre certezze e, sopratutto, ribadirci che “Essi Vivono” anche se “Hanno Cambiato Faccia”.
Quattro tracce di OI! – Hardcore a tinte horror punk, con un incedere cupo ma mai troppo lento, corredato di cori assassini che mieteranno vittime dal vivo!
I testi sono un tributo a maestri come Romero (R.I.P.), Corbucci e Carpenter, e mostrano come l’horror classico sia un metafora per svariati temi sociopolitici e quanto le opere dei succitati autori siano ancora oggi attuali.
La release chiosa con una fantastica cover disegnata da Giorgio Santucci (Dylan Dog, Orfani).
Menzione speciale per la strumentale posta in chiusura “The Shape”, tributo alle musiche scritte dal grande Carpenter (in questo caso lo score di Halloween).
EP ottimo e grezzo al punto giusto che farà sicuramente parlare di sé.
Stampato in 100 cassetine, quindi datevi una mossa!

🇬🇧 Special Review for Samhain!
The Unborn is a 5 piece horror oi!-hc from Viterbo (a blasoned city in the field of punk-hc, think of Razzapparte, Tear Me Down, Neid).
This sack-masked bunch delivers 4 solid tunes inspired by masters of horror such as Romero (R.I.P.), Corbucci and Carpenter, delivering some good horror themed songs which points out how the gerne was a good metaphor for sociopolitcal themes.
Musicwise their music is grim but not slow, with loads of catchy singalongs and strong creepy yet melodics riffs, the last instrumental track “The Shape” is a tribute to Carpenter as a composer and to his masterpiece Halloween.
A must have release printed in 100 copies, act fast!
